This year, Apex is introducing the MSA303, a three-phase silicon carbide (SiC) power module designed to deliver high performance in an extremely compact footprint. The module operates at 600V with 40A continuous current, making it a powerful solution for space-constrained applications.
One of the standout features of the MSA303 is its size. As system demands continue to grow, engineers are increasingly focused on size, weight, and power (SWaP). This module is positioned as one of the smallest on the market, directly addressing those needs while maintaining high performance.
The MSA303 is well-suited for a range of applications, including:
