Keysight Unveils Next-Gen Isolated Probes and Ultra-Low Noise Oscilloscope

Bryan DeLuca recently visited the Keysight booth at APEC, where Sarah Gross showcased some exciting new innovations for power electronics and measurement technology. Keysight has introduced advanced isolated probes designed for high-performance power electronics applications. These cutting-edge probes feature impressive optical isolation and exceptional common mode rejection. Capable of accurately measuring high-side gates, making them perfect for use with silicon carbide (SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), traditional MOSFETs, and other semiconductor technologies. Additionally, Keysight unveiled the new HD3 oscilloscope, highlighting its low noise floor that allows precise measurements. This capability is essential for analyzing low-voltage ripple signals, supporting critical tasks in EV development, power conversion, robotics, and advanced electronics research.
