Navitas and Microchip 800V-to-6V Power for AI Data Centers

Navitas and Microchip are collaborating on a reference design that converts an 800V DC rack supply directly to a 6V server rail. The 20kW platform combines two 10kW modules on a power board just 6mm thick. This video explores the NV6034 GaN power transistors, dsPIC33AK digital signal controller, and TA100 hardware security device. The companies target 96% efficiency at full load, operating at approximately 1MHz. Reference hardware, software, and documentation help engineers evaluate the architecture.
